LOVE THY NEIGHBOR DAY

The Love Thy Neighbor Event is a community outreach initiative designed to demonstrate the love of God through service, compassion, and unity. This event brings together volunteers, community partners, and local leaders to meet practical needs while uplifting the spirit of the community. Through acts of kindness such as providing food, resources, encouragement, and prayer, the event creates an atmosphere where people feel valued, supported, and connected.

 

Inspired by the biblical command to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31), this event seeks to strengthen relationships within the community and remind individuals and families that they are not alone. The Love Thy Neighbor Event serves as an opportunity for the church and community organizations to work together to make a positive impact, extend hope, and foster a culture of care and generosity.
